I received this as a gift for Christmas but hadn't used it until now. I followed the washing instructions to wash it before I use it. The lining didn't hold and the beads are going between two of the pods. This is brand new. I was really disappointed, as I was so excited to use this, but now it's not working as it should be due to the improper weight distribution. I had even purchased this same product as a gift for my brother in-law. I'm hoping they would have a solution to make this right, but I’m left with no response.

I bought my first nodpod mask 6 years ago and it finally needed to be replaced, once receiving my new mask, the weight is different, way lighter. Just doesn’t feel like what I’ve been used too, lower quality. I miss my old mask already :(

This is a very well made, high quality product. The fabric feels soft and comfortable on the skin, and overall it has a really nice premium feel. I do wish it were a bit heavier though. I imagined it having more weight, which I think would help it stay in place better, especially for side sleepers or anyone who moves around slightly during the night. A little extra weight would also add to the sensory calming effect, which is one of the main reasons I purchased it.
Overall, it is very cozy and comfortable, and with just a bit more weight it would be perfect.

The item was never received. It was meant to be a Christmas gift for family who was visiting. Very disappointed for the amount of money I paid plus the expedited shipping fee. When I reached out to customer service, they offered to reship or issue a refund but have not responded since.

This sleep mask is perfect for me……..when I have a headache my eyes need soft, a bit of weight, and darkness and this mask did all of the above PLUS the soft butter color is so easy on the eyes………I just love it. My treat from me to me.

They have zero customer service, they lied about free shipping and lied about delivery timing so won't have it for Christmas even though they said they would. I have tried calling, emailed and left a chat message and no response. I put a negative review on the website and it got taken down so don’t trust them!!

I wanted to get this product for my niece for Christmas so I checked the shipping first and it says it should be delivered within 4-7 days and it also says free shipping in Canada. Well it's NOT free shipping as it says plus delivery is now after Christmas so 11-15 days after ordering.

I was skeptical but after night 1, which also was a migraine night, I’m sold. Popped her in the freezer and I was comfy and asleep right away.

I seriously thought that this product was going to be a placebo effect or something, and maybe it is, but my god I sleep great with my nod pod. I’m out in like 3 minutes, TOPS. I recommend this to any of my anxious girlies who have trouble falling asleep.

I love that I can use while sleeping on my side. I use the loops because I used to toss & turn during the night. They stay on all night and I’m sleeping better than I have in years. My son also has trouble sleeping, so I’ll be buying one for him👍

Love it! I don't like a traditional sleeping mask, because I don't want a strap around my head. With nod-pod I just lay it on my eyes when I'm falling asleep. I like the feel, and weight of the mask- its a soothing way to fall asleep.

Perfect!!! I love my Nodpod!!! I can’t sleep without it. I’ve never had a problem with it turning or coming out. Definitely worth it!!

I absolutely love this. It works great for sleeping and headaches. I recently was on a 2 hour flight and on the flight to my destination I had real bad anxiety being hot and lightheaded. So on the flight back home, I decided to use my nodpod in which it helped immensely. I was asleep the whole flight and without any anxiety. I’ll definitely be using this on any flights I have in the future.

Nodpod is a genius piece of functional design that I love using every day. Every aspect has been thought through. Works for back sleeping, side sleeping, napping, and flights, you can heat it up or cool it down, there’s a cooling side and cozy side, etc. It just works. Get one for yourself, one for your parents, one for the person you know who complains about their sleep, give them as gifts. Everyone can use it.

I love it! I am light sensitive so I fall asleep faster and can fall back to sleep more easily if awakened with the Nodpod because it blocks all the light.

I never used sleep masks before, but I received this one as a gift and decided to try it. This mask is a game-changer. Sometimes I put it on at bedtime, and other times when I wake up in the middle of the night. Either way, it helps quiet my mind and I drift back to sleep until my alarm goes off.

The best sleep mask! It’s weighted perfectly and it’s not tight around your head like other masks. The length is perfect for side sleeping! Higly recommend!! I buy these as gifts and its always been a hit!
